Questions
Can I use the membership at any Playday location?
Memberships are currently tied to your home location. If you'd like to visit another location occasionally, drop-in rates apply.
Does the membership cover multiple children?
Each membership covers one child. Families with two or more children receive a sibling discount — ask at your location.
What happens if my child misses a week?
Unused sessions don't roll over, but with unlimited access there's no cap — come as often as works for your schedule.
Can I pause or cancel?
Month-to-month plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice. 3-month plans are non-refundable but can be paused once for up to 2 weeks.
