Playday After School is a structured, drop-off program where kids ages 5 and up spend their afternoons doing what they love most — making art, building things, and being themselves.
Every session is led by professional teaching artists who guide kids through hands-on projects in painting, sculpture, printmaking, mixed media, and more. No two days are the same.
Running September through June, Monday through Friday. Enroll by the month or save more with an Unlimited Access membership.
A typical afternoon
Every session has rhythm and variety — structured enough to feel purposeful, open enough to let kids follow their curiosity. Teaching artists rotate projects so there's always something new to explore.
Kids can arrive any time from 3 PM. The first activity kicks off at 3:30 so there's a comfortable window for school pickups and drop-offs.

Painting & Drawing
Watercolor, acrylic, ink, charcoal — all the classics plus new techniques each week.
Sculpture & 3D Art
Clay, wire, papier-mâché, and found-object assemblage.
Printmaking
Block prints, stencils, and monoprints kids can take home and wear.
Mixed Media
Collage, zines, bookmaking, and experimental projects.
Doodle & Illustration
Character design, comics, and the building blocks of visual storytelling.
Monthly showcases
Mini-exhibitions each month so families can see what their kids created.

Questions
Do I need to enroll in advance?
You can book individual drop-in sessions through your account, or enroll monthly for guaranteed spots. Unlimited Access members never need to book — just show up.
Do you pick kids up from school?
Yes — at most locations we offer a school pickup service from nearby schools. Ask your location about which schools are covered and whether there's an additional fee.
What happens if my child misses a day?
With a 10-pack, unused sessions roll over as long as the pack is valid. With Unlimited Access, there's no cap — come as often as works for your schedule, no make-ups needed.
What age is After School for?
After School is designed for kids ages 5 and up. All activities are age-appropriate, and groups are loosely organized by age when possible.
Are snacks provided?
Yes, we provide a light snack at drop-off. If your child has allergies or dietary restrictions, let your location know when you enroll.
What's the latest I can pick up?
Pickup is until 6:00 PM. Late pickups (after 6:10 PM) incur a $1/minute fee. Please let us know if you're running late.
Can siblings attend on the same membership?
Each membership covers one child. Families with two or more children receive a sibling discount — ask at your location for current rates.
